If you've always wanted a pony and a white rail fence to keep it safe and corralled, this isn't the house. The fence is sturdy, but not pony proof. Aside from that, what is not to like? Brick street, palm trees, neat as a button. Big backyard and parking off rear alley. Close to everything. The best part is inside because all you have to do is move your stuff and just relax. The living room with new "spill anything and not worry" laminate floors (they run throughout house) is light and bright. Great flow to kitchen with a ton of cabinets, granite counters and new appliances. Room for a table or step down to dinette area (or use that as an office, mud room or hot yoga sanctuary - the laundry is also located in a very roomy closet in this area - run the dryer with no outside vent to get the hot, sweaty, linty yoga feel). Two very nice sized bedrooms and a bath with new fixtures. Many updates in 2015 including roof, windows, HVAC, mechanicals. Great house in great location. See it and you'll love it.
